Well, it looks like Tucson is finally in the league, in the form of the Tucson Tilt. The Tilt are so named for having Full-Tilt Poker as a major sponsor. While this franchise is technically not the Fort Worth Texans, it is the same group of investors who were going to purchase the Texans, and Jeremy Law will be their head coach. Anyone who has an issue with the team owners or sponsors should ask themselves if they would have let their kid play for the Soo Indians, a team that was vehicle for the Sault Kewadin tribe to promote their casinos. |

Sounds fine to me. With investors like that I think it adds a degree of stability to the team with a consistent revenue stream and the ability to branch out into other marketing ventures and partnerships to create greater awareness and additional revenue streams adding to the steam's stability.
wait till you hear the announcement of the other sponsor... talk about stable. Jeremy is probably used to this after last year.
Good luck to Jeremy!!! He deserves some stability after last year. Sounds like these investors know how to treat an employee, unlike last year. The investors deserve the BIG ZERO they received for the sale of the Texans. I bet Jeremy will get paid on time now ( instead of not getting paid at all).
That logo is right up there with the Toledo Storm.
Why would anyone have an issue with it? I'm surprised you would even suggest it.

why are you deleting comments? The post was not obscene. Obviously, it was on the money about Jon...It is on the Tucson website-not a secret.
It's not on the Tucson Ice website, though that's really your point. Still, Jon left the rink to run the team. It's that simple, and controversy free.
