Note to Junior Council and Junior B officials... I'm still waiting for the regulatory documentation that scholarships have a detrimental effect on NCAA eligibility. By "regulatory documentation," I mean the citation from the NCAA, not someone in junior hockey saying "because we said so"... I still keep asking myself that if this was such a big deal at the meetings in Colorado this summer, why was there no legislation promulgated?
