| Good News for the Omaha Lancers, maybe... as it appears the AHL Omaha Knights are moving to Quad Cities. For those that need help reading between the lines, calling this a speculative report is not the same thing as denying the story, and trust me, if it wasn't true, there would be denials galore. A relocation will go a long way towards relieving the pressure on Omaha as an over-saturated market... Seattle Thunderbirds assistant coach Blake Knox resigns... Now, about that idea of playing hockey on Mars. You guys do realize that due to intra-solar warming that there may soon not be any Martian ice caps upon which to play the game, right??? |

WHY: mostly because several players/parents/fans on all teams where forced to have a UN-FAIR season. some players aged out, and can not have that year of JR hockey back !! but all players go the shaft by them...

Not everyone drank your Koolaid tainted with "jealously" over Ft Van. So get over it. If you love hockey and want to play move on. If not, life is too short to continue to act like child with whats fair and not fair and the name calling. Be an adult. Find a new team you can be proud of and support. Its negative people like you that ruin it for the kids.

why does omaha want junior hockey over AAA hockey? majority of the knights will end up in the nhl while maybe less than 10% lancers will ever make it to the NHL. let rapid city have the flames team.
