What will the USHL team in Fargo mean for the NAHL Fargo Moorhead Jets? Can they both survive?

To answer your questions simply, Bah Bye...and no.

Based upon construction progress, this will be the last year for the Jets. They barely survive right now in the old Coliseum. No chance they'll survive once the USHL team shows up in the new digs with a regional hero/coach (depending upon whether or not you're a Minnesota Gopher fan, Dean Blais is somewhat of a hero up there) and the intertwined support of all the youth programs in the city.

who exactly do they think will be going to these USHL games? Pushing out the jets(the only hockey franchise in fargo to ever have even a modicum of success) alienates the few Jr hockey fans there are, and the remaining hockey fans can see a superior product watching Moorhead play Minnesota state high school hockey.
