Cody gets CDA Colts

Just when we thought everything had settled down in the Northwest, what with Montana, the NorPac, and the failed (for the time being) rebirth of the AWHL... the Coeur d'Alene Colts are moving to Cody. This will firm up the NorPac's Eastern Division and give Billings a travel partner, but leaves Spokane a little out of the way for either division.
