Which path is best?

Looks like the Toronto Star is targetting the concept of Canadian Juniors today. First off is a story about Brody Todd and the troubles he's faced getting the OHL to live up to their scholarship contracts. This isn't the first time this season I've brought this up. If I were the USHL, I'd get USA Hockey to relax the rules on imports, and see if they can't get another 30-40 Canadian Major Junior-calibre players into the league on the promise of better exposure to NCAA scouts than the provincial leagues. Stories like this certainly can't hurt such initiatives...

The other story almost seems like a random generic tale of trying to make career and educational decisions at too young an age...

Pictou County Crushers vying to host Fred Page Cup...

Kamloops Blazers Sports Foundation tops $1M in donations. Remember, idiotic civic leaders, that these teams give back.

The next movie about junior hockey runs into some local snags (was Youngblood that bad?)...

A movie can't be THAT bad with Cynthia Gibb in it. :-)
