Sunday News

USHL sees 26 former players taken in NHL draft. I have to wonder how much money that would equate if the league got the same draft compensation as the CHL. The American Way
by Paula C. Weston/CCHA Correspondent

identifies Peter McNab as Assistant Gen Mngr of the Ducks. It's Peter's brother David with the Ducks. Peter McNab is color analyst for the Avalanche. I have pointed this out to editors USCHO.

That's about as bad as the guys on NHL Radio, when talking about Patrick White from the Tri-City Storm, drafted #25 by Vancouver, confusing the WHL's Tri-City Americans with the USHL's Storm.

"Well, the Tri-City Americans, one of the great teams of the Western Hockey League, Tri-City now in the USHL..."

Yikes! That's a mistake that's just amazing that it could ever happen.
