The deal in the BCHL to sell and move the dormant Williams Lake franchise to Wenatchee, Washington appears to be dead. While the article says USA Hockey wants more information, during the summer meeting the Junior Council voted to not certify the franchise. The deal to sell the franchise was contingent on a successful relocation. Interestingly enough, this is the first article I've seen that connects the speculating Andy Murray (former Santa Fe/Southern Minnesota/Silver Arm owner) as one of the buyers.
