The name is a target. I can just see the headlines; The Fargo Farce.
To whoever sent me the email about the name/logo. The contest ran from August 20th thru August 31st, not thru September as you claim. I also did a trademark search... they filed on the Force name on October 9th, and didn't claim any other names during the process (a common ploy to throw people off the trail).
