Saturday I talked about the NAHL developing Wenatchee, Washington under the radar. Well today it's the USHL in Louisville. Stories have persisted for months that the league was eying the market, specifically that the proposed team would play in the venerable Louisville Gardens. Well, Friday the State of Kentucky approved the tax-incentive plan which is to fund the improvements needed for the Gardens to host hockey. The Gardens were originally opened in 1905, and have been more know for hosting basketball than anything.
