Lots of trades and the CHL deadlines are this week. But first, the Central Scouting Bureau Mid-Terms are out. Memo to NHL: Why hide the rankings behind a password if a dozen media outlets are just going to plaster the complete list when you release it? This isn't consistent with your YouTube-ish strategy of offering up as much exposure as humanly possible.
